Seufert advised the District of Hohenlohe on the sale of a majority in Hohenloher Hospital in a public tender process. Barmherzige Brüder Trier GmbH (BBT) was successful with its bid for 51% of the shares. At the same time, BBT also became majority holder of Hohenloher Seniorenbetreuung gGmbH. The BBT Group is, with more than 80 health and social services facilities, among the largest Christian holders of hospital and social services facilities in Germany.
