Seufert Rechtsanwälte advised the Stiftung Münch on the purchase of a major property in Munich valued in tens of millions. The chairman of the management board, Stephan Holzinger, emphasised the significance of this acquisition for the work of the foundation: "We have thereby succeeded in securing the financing of our programmes for the future in a zero interest environment particularly problematic for a foundation."
The objective of the Stiftung Münch is to ensure continued access of all to comprehensive medical attention in spite of the aging society. It supports scientific, research and practical works in the health industry and promotes national and international exchange. The property now acquired is leased to a charitable association which provides accommodation and support to homeless older men.
