Seufert Rechtsanwälte advised Chemnitzer Verkehrs-AG (CVAG) on the acquisition of new trams worth approximately 40 million Euro. The advice included the conceptual design of the procurement procedure and the procurement documents. Seufert also attended all negotiations with the bidders. After nine months the proceedings led to the award of the contract to the producer Skoda. By 2019 Skoda will have delivered 14 new low floor trams to CVAG.
