Petra Maier and Hans-Jörg Kreyes, both partners at Seufert, have been included in the independent ranking of the best medical lawyers in Germany published by the magazine Wirtschaftswoche in mid-February. Petra Maier works mainly on medical law in Munich, above all in hospital planning, hospital remuneration and contract law for doctors. Mr. Kreyes, a specially qualified lawyer for medical law working in Leipzig, specializes in medical liability law. On the instructions of the insurers he exclusively represents the medical practitioner side.
The Wirtschaftswoche selection is based on the assessments of colleagues, all medical lawyers in Germany having been surveyed by the Handelsblatt Research Institute. The result is testimony to the outstanding reputation enjoyed by Seufert's healthcare practice in the market.
