As last year, Seufert again successfully represented the Spanish transport system manufacturer Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles (CAF) in procurement review proceedings, this time before the Procurement Chamber Lüneburg. The responsible advisor was Florian Faus, partner and specialist for administrative and procurement law at Seufert. ÜSTRA Hannover selected CAF for the supply of up to 275 trams, the first 42 of which are intended to enter service in 2026.
