A Seufert Team advises on the merger of the Mühldorf a. Inn GmbH and Altötting-Burghausen AöR regional hospitals to become the InnKlinikum gKU Altötting and Mühldorf. The merger was concluded on 1 April 2020 with the successful legal completion of the transfer of the four hospitals Altötting, Burghausen, Haag i. OB and Mühldorf a. Inn to the joint municipal enterprise InnKlinikum Altötting and Mühldorf, formed for that purpose by the Districts of Altötting and Mühldorf a. Inn.
