Seufert advised Heiligenfeld GmbH on the sale of its shares in Psychosomatische Privatklinik Bad Grönenbach GmbH to an investment company advised by Maxburg Capital Partners. The Klinikgruppe Heiligenfeld, of which Heiligenfeld GmbH is the parent company, owns a total of seven hospitals at four locations with approx. 950 employees. The hospitals specialise in psychosomatic medicine.
