Seufert team advises RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG on critical general meeting
Seufert's corporate team advised RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG on a critical general meeting. Apart from elections to the supervisory board, the agenda included a draft resolution to redeem shares of EUR 1,669,972,834.19 and reduce the share capital accordingly. The resolution was passed with a majority of 99.35 %.
