Data Respons ASA, a listed Norwegian company, has once again has been advised by Seufert Rechtsanwälte in its acquisition of two further German targets. Having already acquired two leading specialist providers offering services related to the internet of things, the automotive IT and advanced computer aided testing, the Norwegian companies' group has now purchased two further companies located in Leipzig. Precisely Data Respons has acquired all shares of IT Sonix custom development GmbH and XPURE GmbH. With this transaction, Data Respons – a leading player in the embedded solutions market, providing services and products in a wide range of market segments like the maritime and automotive industry – confirms its presence and commercial interests in the entire German market. IT Sonix and XPURE are turnkey software solution providers in the fields of software development, mobile applications and software ergonomics, being mainly active in the sectors of logistics and mobility services.
