Seufert advise on inter-denominational hospital merger
Seufert Rechtsanwälte advised the catholic St. Vincentius-Kliniken gAG on the merger with the protestant Diakonissenkrankenhaus Karlsruhe-Rüppurr. Both institutions come together under St. Vincentius-Kliniken gAG which will in future be named Vincentius-Diakonissen-Kliniken gAG (ViDia). The transaction was conducted as a capital increase for contribution in kind. The merged entity has more than 1,000 beds and will continue the christian tradition of both institutions.
