SEUFERT Rechtsanwälte is member of advoc since 1991.
advoc is an international network of independent law firms active in commercial law, founded in 1990 in Europe and in 1994 in Asia. The member firms co-operate closely if, on an international level, qualified legal services have to be rendered quickly and effectively.
When necessary, the advoc member firms involved will install international teams for trans-boundary work.
The current fee rate of each member firm of advoc can be fully explained to clients before any instructions in a particular case are placed, which enables client to calculate the cost of the participation of other law firms.
These other law firms involved are, with regard to their liability and insurance, jointly and severally liable only in the event the mandate is handled jointly in full; otherwise each law firm, being independent, shall only be liable for its own part of work, unless an express agreement to the contrary has been concluded with client. |
